We’re now looking for UX Designers who are curious, collaborative and passionate about creating meaningful experiences for our customers, couriers and colleagues.

This is a brilliant opportunity to join a growing UX team where your work will have real visibility and impact. You’ll help design experiences across web, native mobile apps and internal tools used daily by our customers, couriers and operational teams.

You’ll be embedded in a cross-functional product squad, while also being part of a wider UX community - giving you the best of both worlds: ownership of your product area and the chance to collaborate, learn and grow alongside other designers and specialists.

What you’ll be doing

Acting as the voice of the user within your product team, ensuring their needs guide design and development decisions
Conducting user, market and competitor research to uncover insights and opportunities
Working with research, analytics and optimisation colleagues to measure performance and drive user-centred, data-driven decision making across your product area
Creating user journeys, wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity designs to bring concepts to life
Validating design concepts through user testing, qualitative and quantitative research and experimentation before development begins
Collaborating closely with Product Managers to shape roadmaps and prioritise user value and usability
Supporting user story refinement and defining clear acceptance criteria
Championing design consistency through adherence to the Evri Design System
Partnering with engineers to ensure designs are implemented to a high standard and meet accessibility best practices
Tracking success through research, analytics, KPIs and OKRs
Contributing to a strong UX culture and promoting user-centred, data-driven design best practices

What you’ll bring

Experience in a UX Designer role, ideally within a product-led or digital environment
A strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX thinking and problem solving
Experience designing for web, native mobile apps or progressive web applications
Proficiency with design and prototyping tools like Figma
Solid understanding of user-centred design principles and UX frameworks
Experience with user research, usability testing and insight generation
Familiarity with analytics and experimentation tools, data analysis and data-driven design approaches
Understanding of design systems and pattern libraries
Awareness of agile ways of working (Scrum/Kanban) and continuous improvement
Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the confidence to challenge and influence
