Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and motivated Telesales agent to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be the driving force behind expanding our customer base through proactive outbound calling and engaging communication. Your enthusiasm and persuasive skills will help build strong relationships with potential clients, promote our innovative products and services, and contribute directly to our business growth. Responsibilities

Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients using warm calling techniques to generate new business opportunities
Engage in B2B (business-to-business) sales conversations, clearly articulating product benefits and technical features
Negotiate terms and close sales deals effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, update customer information, and manage sales pipelines
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent communication skills and professional customer service
Collaborate with marketing teams to implement targeted campaigns and follow-up strategies
Conduct telemarketing activities to promote new offerings, gather market intelligence, and support business development efforts

Experience

Proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or B2B sales roles with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to handle objections confidently and professionally
Familiarity with CRM software like Salesforce or other CRM tools for managing customer data and sales activities
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
Experience in technology or technical sales is highly desirable but not mandatory; a willingness to learn is essential
Prior experience in outbound calling, warm calling, or marketing campaigns will be advantageous
Demonstrated ability to work independently within a team environment while maintaining a positive attitude
