Job Title: ISO Management Systems Auditor
Location: Field-Based + Remote
Salary: £40,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus + Benefits
Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent | Field-Based + Remote

About the Role

Are you a confident and experienced professional with a passion for quality, health & safety, information security, or environmental management? Join one of the UK’s leading certification bodies as a management systems Auditor.

You’ll work with a diverse range of clients across the UK, delivering high-quality certification audits and helping them build safer, stronger, and more resilient management systems. This is a field-based role involving site audits, remote report writing, and flexible home working.

We’ll support your development with full training, structured CPD, and the opportunity to progress your auditing career in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, conduct and report on audits against ISO standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 27001, and ISO 45001.
Deliver professional, risk-based assessments that add real value to our clients.
Lead opening and closing meetings, clearly communicating audit processes and findings.
Prepare accurate, concise audit reports with clear recommendations.
Build strong working relationships with clients across a variety of sectors.
Stay up to date with relevant ISO standards, auditing practices, and regulatory requirements.

What You’ll Bring

Essential requirements:

Internal or Lead Auditor qualification in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 27001, or ISO 45001.
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel (overnight stays may be required).
Experience conducting or managing ISO audits.
Understanding of UKAS or certification body requirements.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage primarily regional travel (typically within ~70 miles), with occasional national travel when required.

Desirable requirements:

Minimum Level 3 Health & Safety qualification (e.g. NEBOSH General Certificate, NVQ Level 3 in OHS) with at least 2 years’ experience general health and safety work experience.
