We have a new unique opportunity for an Admiral Nurse to join Dementia UK to provide specialist support to families affected by complex issues in relation to dementia within the rural and coastal communities facing challenges to access support, experiencing isolation and health inequalities.

You will deliver specialist clinical advice and support through phone, virtual, and pre-arranged in person clinics (where feasible). You will provide specialist clinics across geographically dispersed and underserved communities, which will require some travel and overnight stays. We anticipate that this service will, however, be predominantly a virtual and telephone-based clinic service.

We are looking for you to be a registered nurse with extensive experience in dementia care and have skills in working with people and families living in rural and coastal communities. You are confident working autonomously, building strong relationships across organisations, and delivering compassionate, family-centred care.
