Role Outline
Psych Health is a nationwide provider of clinical and counselling psychology services. We offer a range of psychotherapeutic assessments and treatments, receiving referrals from GPs, Occupational Health professionals, employers and insurers. We aim to deliver high quality and effective psychological interventions that aim to support individuals in improving their mental health. This role will be to manage clinical resource, including the effective running of internal clinics and management of network assets.
What you'll be doing:
- Management of network assets including the sourcing of new clinicians, assessors as required.
- Maintaining and developing the databases for the network clinics.
- Ensuring appropriate accreditation checks are completed for the clinicians.
- Support sourcing appropriate clinical space if required
- Collating feedback on network clinics and notifying Clinical Team Manager of potential issues.
- Support in the collation of availability and utilisation of MI.
- Ad-hoc queries from clinicians, CRM’s and admin teams
- Management of clinician diaries
- Support auditing clinicians
- Supporting the development of the Clinical Operations function.
- Support clinicians with any system issues

- Act within the boundaries set out by the company’s policies to ensure sensitive personal information is protected as required by law, regulatory bodies, ethics and best practice.
What we are looking for
We are looking for a candidate with excellent verbal and written communication skills, both over the phone and via email. Strong IT proficiency is essential, including experience with database systems and Microsoft Office applications. The ideal candidate will have a background in customer service, complemented by experience in administrative roles. Exceptional attention to detail is a must, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all tasks
Hours
The role is full-time 37.5 hours per week, 7.5hours per day, where you will be expected to work during the core hours between 8.00am and 6.00pm Monday to Friday.
This is fixed term contract to cover maternity leave.

Salary
This is a fully remote position, offering a set salary of £24,784.50 per annum.
