We created Waggel because we believe technology can make pet ownership easier and more affordable for dog and cat owners.

We want Waggel to be the ultimate pet membership platform covering all aspects of pet ownership from health and nutrition to insurance and communities.

We are all about making sure that our members are treated like gold and that we live up to our promise of making insurance easy and stress free. We are looking for a Claims Assistant to help us deliver on this promise.

Person:

Energetic - You love to speak with people and happy to roll up your sleeves.
Confident communicator - Happy to chat the lingo in order to get what you need.
Hustle - You don’t shy away from a challenge and have the ability to get things done.

Your responsibilities:

Contact veterinary practices to get outstanding medical details and invoices.
Keep customers in the loop on the progress of their claim.
Chase up on extra claim details requested from claim handlers.

Requirements:

Worked within a veterinary practice - Ideal candidate would be a vet receptionist.
Ability to read and interpret vet notes.
Have an edge. We want somebody that is keen to change things up.
Team mentality - we work together, take risks together, celebrate together and stay humble together.

Further Details:

Temporary role 3 - 6 months
Ideally ASAP starting date
Computer supplied
