The Role
As a Customer Support Consultant within our Dynamics Practice, you’ll play a key role in supporting our customers by providing in depth, application-level assistance across Microsoft Dynamics solutions. You’ll act as a trusted advisor, resolving issues efficiently and ensuring seamless system performance.
This role combines strong technical know-how with outstanding communication skills, as you’ll engage with customers via phone, email, and remote support tools. You’ll also contribute to maintaining high service standards by offering both technical and operational support, helping customers get the very best from their systems.
This is a remote role that will require occasional travel when required.
Your responsibilities will include:
Serving as the escalation point for complex Dynamics 365 issues, delivering advanced troubleshooting and resolution.
Investigating plugins, Power Automate flows, integrations, and Dataverse to identify root causes and implement fixes.
Partnering with Professional Services to resolve product defects, architecture challenges, and platform issues.
Support projects with data migration and integrations, including validation, transformation, and troubleshooting.
Delivering an outstanding level of service to every customer.
Establishing robust relationships with key customers at various levels within the organisations. Acting as the main point of escalation throughout the customer lifecycle.
Addressing customer queries, service requests, and Calls to Action by offering best practice advice and directing them to appropriate resources.
Managing customer incidents efficiently and professionally through our case management system.
Keeping records of customer interactions and ensuring investigations and resolutions meet existing SLA.
The Skills you’ll have:
Proven experience in a customer support or technical support role.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose complex issues and identify root causes.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Ability to build strong customer relationships and act as a trusted advisor.
It would be great if you had:
Experience troubleshooting Dynamics 365 customisations (plugins, workflows, business rules).
Understanding of integrations and data flows between systems.
