About Spark to Connect

Spark to Connect is a premium educational programme company delivering residential summer academies at Oxford University and coordinating international leadership programmes for global organisations and individual sign ups. We are a small, high-performing team that operates at pace and holds itself to exceptionally high standards. The Role

We are looking for a sharp, ambitious recent graduate to join us as Programme & Marketing Coordinator. This is a full-time remote contracting role supporting the Managing Director and Chief of Staff across programme operations, social media, and marketing. You will be the person who makes things happen — organised, responsive, and able to produce client-ready work independently.

This role is not for someone who needs hand-holding or who treats 9–5 as a boundary when something important is due. It is for someone who takes pride in their work, communicates proactively when something is off track, and wants to be part of building something exceptional.

What You'll Do

Programme Operations

Coordinate logistics for residential programmes including scheduling, participant communications, and supplier liaison
Manage onboarding documentation, agreements, and data for participants and staff
Prepare briefing materials, run-of-show documents, and post-programme reports
Support delivery of high-stakes presentations and info sessions for parents and institutional partners

Social Media & Marketing

Own day-to-day social media execution across Instagram, LinkedIn, and other channels
Draft captions, coordinate content, and maintain a publishing calendar
Support the development of marketing materials, proposals, and pitch decks
Contribute to campaign planning and help grow our digital presence

Operations & Communications

Manage inboxes, draft correspondence, and handle time-sensitive parent or partner queries
Maintain and update our CRM and Monday.com project boards
Use AI tools (including Claude) to increase speed and quality of output across all workstreams
Flag risks and capacity issues early — proactive communication is non-negotiable

What We Are Looking For

Recent graduate, ideally with experience in events, education, marketing, or operations
Exceptional written English and strong attention to detail
Comfortable working remotely and managing your own time without close supervision
Digitally fluent — confident with tools like Monday.com, Microsoft 365, Canva, and AI assistants
Customer-service mindset: professional, warm, and unflappable when dealing with parents or partners
Proactive communicator who flags problems early rather than hoping they resolve themselves
Someone who reads the room and understands that in a small team, everyone’s work is visible
