Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Partnership Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strategic relationships with key partners, driving business growth, and enhancing our organisation’s market presence. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work within a collaborative environment, utilise CRM tools effectively, and contribute to the company's long-term success. The Partnership Manager will play a pivotal role in identifying new partnership opportunities, negotiating agreements, and ensuring mutual value creation.

Responsibilities

Identify, develop, and nurture strategic partnerships aligned with organisational goals.
Manage the end-to-end partnership lifecycle, including outreach, negotiations, onboarding, and ongoing relationship management.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure partner needs are met and integrated into business strategies.
Utilise Salesforce and other CRM software to track partnership activities, analyse data, and generate reports for senior management.
Develop customised proposals and presentations to attract potential partners.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for collaboration.
Organise regular meetings with partners to review performance metrics and address any issues proactively.
Represent the organisation at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to expand professional relationships.

Qualifications

Proven experience in partnership management or business development roles.
Strong proficiency in Salesforce and CRM software tools.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Demonstrated organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Degree or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred but not essential.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Pay: £17.00-£20.00 per hour
