Remote Recruitment & Operations Assistant (Volunteer)

Please note:

This is an unpaid volunteer/work experience opportunity.

The ISM Hub is looking for confident and professional individuals to join our Operations Team as Volunteer Recruitment & Operations Assistants.

This is an unpaid volunteer/work experience opportunity designed for individuals looking to gain practical experience in recruitment, business operations and administration. Full training and structured processes are provided, so no previous experience is required.

Responsibilities

Conduct virtual interviews with applicants.
Follow our structured recruitment process.
Assess candidates’ communication and suitability.
Complete interview assessment forms.
Support candidate onboarding and Academy progression.
Schedule interviews and certification calls.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Help maintain recruitment records and operational trackers.
Provide general administrative and operational support where required.
Work closely with The ISM Hub Operations Team.

Requirements

Strong communication skills.
Professional and reliable.
Comfortable speaking with new people.
Well organised and able to follow structured processes.
Access to a laptop and reliable internet connection.
No previous recruitment or operations experience required.
