About ProGleam
ProGleam is a Kilmarnock-based exterior cleaning company working across Ayrshire, Glasgow and surrounding areas. We clean and restore windows, roofs, gutters, driveways, patios and hard surfaces for domestic and commercial customers. Our work is built around fixed prices, photo proof, reliable service and high standards on every job.
We are looking for a full-time Exterior Cleaning Technician to join the team. This is a hands-on outdoor role for someone practical, reliable and comfortable with physical work, ladders, driving between jobs and speaking professionally with customers.
The work
- Window cleaning, including frames and sills
- Roof cleaning, moss removal and roofline work
- Gutter clearing and flushing
- Driveway, patio and pressure washing
- uPVC, fascia, soffit, conservatory, render and commercial exterior cleaning when required
- Loading, maintaining and cleaning equipment
- Taking before-and-after photos and leaving each job tidy
- Driving to jobs across Kilmarnock, Ayrshire, Glasgow and nearby areas
Must-haves
- Full UK manual driving licence
- Comfortable working at height using ladders and safety equipment
- Able to do physical outdoor work in different weather conditions
- Available full-time, Monday to Friday, around 40 hours per week
- Reliable, punctual and able to work well as part of a small team
- Friendly and professional with customers
Useful experience
Experience in any of the following would be helpful: window cleaning, roof or gutter cleaning, pressure washing, exterior cleaning, roofing, labouring, grounds maintenance, facilities work, valeting, mobile cleaning or another hands-on trade. Direct exterior cleaning experience is preferred, but we will consider the right person if they have the attitude, licence and work ethic.

Pay: From £28,000.00 per year
