Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Window Cleaning Technician to join our team. This role involves providing high-quality window cleaning services for a variety of commercial and residential clients. The ideal candidate will be reliable, safety-conscious, and possess excellent communication skills to ensure customer satisfaction. A valid driving licence is essential, as the position requires travelling between sites.

Duties

Clean windows on both commercial and residential properties using appropriate tools and techniques
Operate specialised equipment such as water-fed poles, and cherry pickers safely and efficiently
Ensure all work is completed to a high standard, adhering to health and safety regulations
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of all cleaning equipment and supplies
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and provide exceptional customer service
Manage scheduling and travel between multiple job sites throughout the day
Report any safety hazards or maintenance issues promptly to supervisors

Qualifications

Valid driving licence with a clean driving record
Proven experience in window cleaning using traditional and water-fed methods; training will also be provided for the right candidate
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
Strong customer service orientation with a professional attitude
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in various weather conditions
Good organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively
