Franchise Consultant (Arabic Speaker)

Location: Scotland (with travel as required)
Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Arabic-speaking Franchise Consultant to support the growth and operational success of our franchise brands across Saudi Arabia and the wider Middle East, while also assisting with the management and performance of our stores in Scotland.

This is a varied role combining franchise development, operations, and business support. The successful candidate will work closely with franchise partners, senior management, and store teams to ensure brand standards are maintained, new franchise opportunities are delivered successfully, and existing operations continue to perform at a high level.

Key Responsibilities

Support the expansion of our franchise brands throughout Saudi Arabia and the Middle East.
Build and maintain strong relationships with franchisees and prospective partners.
Assist with franchise onboarding, training, and operational support.
Ensure franchise locations comply with brand standards, operating procedures, and quality expectations.
Coordinate with franchise partners to resolve operational issues and identify opportunities for growth.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide recommendations to improve profitability and efficiency.
Assist with launching new franchise locations, including planning, training, and opening support.
Support the day-to-day management and operations of our Scotland stores.
Work alongside store managers to improve customer experience, team performance, and operational efficiency.
Analyse business performance, prepare reports, and recommend strategies for continuous improvement.
Liaise with suppliers, internal departments, and international partners where required.

Essential Requirements

Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
Previous experience in franchising, multi-site operations, retail, hospitality, or business development.
Strong understanding of franchise operations and business growth.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Highly organised with strong problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Willingness to travel within the UK and internationally, particularly to Saudi Arabia and other Middle Eastern countries.
Full UK driving licence (preferred).

Desirable

Experience working with international franchise networks.
Knowledge of the Saudi Arabian or Middle Eastern business environment.
Experience opening or managing multiple retail or hospitality locations.
Degree in Business, Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
