Grade: O
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Shift patterns: Nights 20:00pm- 04:00am
Location: Derby

We're now looking for a Transport Administrator to…

✅A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

Respond promptly and professionally to transport and operational queries, ensuring timely resolution at all times
Provide administrative support across multiple functions through cross-training to ensure effective team cover and continuity
Maintain accurate reporting standards and communicate key information clearly to relevant stakeholders
Update and manage internal records using company systems and administrative tools
Work closely with Operations and Transport Teams to support daily activities and ensure smooth coordination
Monitor daily shift workloads and system reports, escalating issues appropriately when required

✅THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO

Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel as a minimum requirement
Confident and professional telephone manner
Strong organisational and administrative skills
Ability to prioritise workload effectively and work independently
Team-oriented with a collaborative approach to work
Capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Excellent time management skills
Previous experience working within a busy office environment
Experience working within or alongside Logistics or Transport operations
