Deal Sourcer (Property Investment)South Wales | Full-Time | Basic £27,000 + Uncapped Commission | OTE £69,000The OpportunityWe are a fast-growing, investment-focused property agency based in South Wales, specialising in sourcing off-market opportunities from landlords looking to exit and supplying high-quality deals to investors building long-term portfolios.We’re looking for a driven and commercially minded Deal Sourcer to join our team. This is a performance-led role focused on finding, securing, and packaging investment deals, working directly with landlords and investors from first contact through to completion.This is not a typical estate agency role. You’ll operate in the investment space- creating opportunities, building relationships, and sourcing deals others don’t see.The Role

Source off-market property deals from landlords and motivated sellers to assist them with a clean exit
Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords looking to exit
Qualify opportunities and assess deal viability (BTL, BRR, flips, etc.)
Package and present investor-ready deal packs with clear financial breakdowns
Negotiate directly with sellers
Progress deals from initial enquiry through to completion
Maintain and manage a strong pipeline of active opportunities
Update and track activity within the company CRM
Communicate consistently with sellers throughout the deal
Network, attend property events, and generate new deal opportunities
Work closely within the Acquisitions team to scale deal flow

About You

Minimum 1 year experience in sales (property, sourcing, or lettings preferred)
Proven ability to generate leads and close deals
Strong understanding of property investment fundamentals (or willingness to learn fast)
Confident speaking with landlords, investors, and decision-makers
Highly driven, target-focused, and motivated by commission
Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills
Organised with excellent attention to detail
Self-starter with a proactive mindset
Professional and relationship-focused
Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle

Package

Basic salary: £27,000
Uncapped commission (OTE £69,000)
Location: Blackwood, NP12 4AB
