Overview: Join our dynamic team as a Life Insurance Lead Generator. We're on the lookout for enthusiastic individuals who can proactively identify and generate high-quality leads for our partners life insurance products through outbound calls. .Responsibilities
1. Reaching Out to Potential Customers
- Use our calling system to contact people who may be interested in our services.
- Make outbound calls and start friendly conversations with potential customers.
- Show confidence when speaking and help build interest in what we offer.
- Handle questions or concerns calmly and try to turn them into positive conversations.
- Clearly explain our products and their benefits in an easy-to-understand way.
2. Checking Customer Needs
- Talk with potential customers to understand what they need, especially around insurance.
- Collect the right information so the adviser team can follow upprompltly.
3. Keeping Records Updated
- Record details of calls and customer information in our system (CRM).
- Keep customer information accurate and up to date.
4. Working with the Team
- Pass on interested customers to the adviser team quickly. .
5. Meeting Targets
- Work towards daily, weekly, and monthly targets
- Follow company goals and performance measures (KPIs).
Qualifications & Requirements:
· Proven experience in outbound call centre roles preferred, however on boarding training will be provided for the role.
.This role requires strong negotiation skills
· Excellent verbal communication skills and a compelling phone presence.
· Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving and surpassing targets.
· Knowledge of life insurance products prefered and industry trends is advantageous.
Education and Experience:
· Previous experience in lead generation, telemarketing or sales, within an insurance call centre setting is preferred however not essential
