Leisure Attendant
The Spa at Silver Bay – Silver Bay Holiday Park, Rhoscolyn, Anglesey
Set within our award-winning multi-million-pound holiday park, The Spa at Silver Bay offers our members and guests a sanctuary for relaxation, health, and rejuvenation in one of Anglesey’s most scenic coastal settings.
With excellent facilities including a fully equipped fitness suite, exercise studio, beauty therapy rooms, and a 15.5-metre indoor heated pool complete with sauna suite, steam room, and jacuzzi, The Spa plays a central role in the Silver Bay experience for owners, members, and holiday guests alike.
We are now looking for a Leisure Attendant to join our friendly and professional team.
The Role
As a Leisure Attendant, you will help ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the Leisure Complex while maintaining exceptional standards across all areas of the facility.
You’ll play an important role in creating a welcoming, safe, and enjoyable environment for members and guests of all ages, while supporting a range of leisure activities, children’s activities, and owner events throughout the year.
This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who takes pride in presentation, enjoys working with people, and thrives in a team-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the Leisure Complex
- Support the day-to-day running of the leisure facilities
- Assist with children’s activities and owner events
- Ensure health and safety standards are maintained at all times
- Provide a friendly, welcoming, and professional experience for members and guests
- Monitor poolside and leisure areas to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment
- Support the wider leisure team with daily operational tasks
- Maintain a proactive and positive approach to guest service
About You
- Friendly, enthusiastic, and approachable
- Excellent attention to detail and high personal standards
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Reliable, flexible, and willing to work as part of a team
- Comfortable working with people of all ages
- Previous experience in a similar leisure or hospitality environment would be beneficial, but is not essential
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
