We're looking for a warm, enthusiastic and creative Activities Coordinator to join our friendly team and help create those moments for our residents.
This isn't a role for someone who prefers to stay in the background. We're looking for someone who brings positive energy, enjoys chatting to people, isn't afraid to get involved and genuinely loves helping others have fun.

About the Role
As our Activities Coordinator, you'll be responsible for creating a varied and engaging programme of activities that encourages residents to stay active, social and connected.
No two days are the same, and we'd love someone who enjoys bringing fresh ideas and enthusiasm into the home.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Planning and delivering group and one-to-one activities
- Organising themed events, celebrations and seasonal activities
- Encouraging residents to continue hobbies and interests
- Building positive relationships with residents and their families
- Supporting community outings and local trips
- Working closely with the wider team to promote residents' wellbeing
A full UK driving licence would be an advantage, particularly if you would feel confident driving the home's minibus for resident outings.

Experience in activities, care, hospitality, childcare, education, events or community work would be an advantage, but we're just as interested in finding someone with the right personality and enthusiasm.
Working Pattern
This role is typically worked between 10:00am and 5:00pm.
Whilst we'd ideally like someone who can support some weekend activities, we recognise that everyone's availability is different. Working days and hours will therefore be discussed during the recruitment process and agreed with the successful candidate, subject to the needs of the service.
