Working within a small team, you will be involved in a wide range of tasks and have the opportunity for professional development. We are looking for an experienced and motivated Property Manager to join our growing team.

Job Overview:
As a Property Manager, you will oversee a portfolio of residential rental properties, ensuring efficient operations and high service standards. This role requires a strong communicator, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage tenant and landlord relationships, oversee maintenance and repairs, and ensure compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Property Management: Oversee property management systems to track tasks, manage financials, and store tenancy documentation.
Maintenance & Repairs: Manage and prioritize maintenance requests, liaise with contractors, and ensure timely resolution of urgent, routine, and emergency repairs.
Tenant & Landlord Communication: Handle tenant and landlord queries, resolve complaints, and escalate where necessary.
Tenant Referencing & Onboarding: Process tenant references and ensure all relevant documentation is filed correctly.
Inspections & Compliance: Schedule property inspections, ensure safety compliance, and manage lease renewals or terminations.

Key Competencies & Skills:

Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proficient in property management software and tools..
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
