About The Role

Are you available this summer and interested in gaining experience in customer services? Do you enjoy building relationships and possess excellent communication skills? Are you interested in working for London's leading estate agency? If so, read on, we may have the opportunity for you!

We are currently looking for temporary staff to join our customer services department on a part-time basis, during our busiest period. As a Customer Service Adviser you will be the first point of contact for all enquiries coming into Foxtons, via telephone, email, and our Chat feature. This is a varied role dealing with a wide range of people - no two days are the same! You’ll be exposed to all aspects of the business and offering an outstanding service to anyone contacting Foxtons, from helping applicants start their property search to dealing with press enquiries. At other parts of the day, you will be greeting visitors coming to our headquarters and dealing with email enquiries.

Whether you're studying, managing family responsibilities, or simply looking for part-time hours, you'll have the opportunity to develop valuable workplace skills while enjoying a flexible schedule.

The role is offered on a part-time basis, working:

Monday to Friday: 12:00pm – 4:00pm
Saturday: 10:00am – 2:00pm

We are open to either:

One candidate who can cover the full working pattern, or
Two candidates who wish to job-share the hours, with shifts split as:

o Monday to Wednesday
o Thursday to Saturday
