Duties

Review and interpret physician prescriptions to ensure accuracy and appropriateness for individual patients

Experience

Proven experience working as a Pharmacist in a clinical setting, preferably with ICU experience or similar high-acuity environments
Strong knowledge of human anatomy and pharmacology principles relevant to medication therapy management
Hands-on experience with medication administration protocols and patient care procedures
Excellent communication skills for educating patients and collaborating effectively with healthcare teams
Ability to analyze complex medical information quickly and accurately in fast-paced situations
