Who We Are Looking For
The Protective Intelligence Center (PIC) supports Crisis24’s Private Strategic Group (PSG), fulfilling a critical mission: We aim to proactively identify, assess, and mitigate threats and hazards to our Principals and client enterprises, and the respective Crisis24 Executive Protection Agents and Analysts who keep them safe. The PIC leverages advanced technology, all-source intelligence, and internal subject matter experts to provide timely, accurate and actionable intelligence.
We are looking for mission-driven people with diverse skillsets who can make our program even more capable; people who can think critically and creatively under high-stress conditions. Our team is comprised of a multidisciplinary group of intelligence professionals with an innate desire to protect and help others. We strive for professional excellence, intellectual humility, and poise under pressure.
What You Will Work On
In your role as a Senior Analyst, Protective Intelligence, you will operate in a hybrid capacity supporting our London-based Global Security Operations Center (GSOC). As the team’s primary in-office representation, you will serve as a liaison and coordinator between the Protective Intelligence Center and the GSOC staff, as well as our field-based executive protection agents, and Crisis24 leadership, to understand the scope of requests and any relevant vulnerabilities, threats, or any other voiced concerns.
Your role will be responsible for:
Operational Support:
You will assist the Protective Intelligence Center Managers and Lead Analysts with fielding the initial intake of requests coming through the GSOC and follow best practices on collecting all pertinent information needed to facilitate support. You will also help to define product turnaround timelines based upon the PIC’s current bandwidth and historical turnaround timeframes, as defined in our pricing and capabilities statement. Additionally, you will assist with identifying any issues or blockers and deconflicting requests that may fall outside the PIC’s scope of work. In these instances, you may be asked to help redirect requests to the appropriate department or team best suited to field the work. Finally, you will also proactively escalate any intelligence, staffing, or operational matters that may warrant additional input, instruction, or involvement from PIC leadership.
Intelligence Support:
In your role, you will proactively identify, monitor, and assess both known and emerging risks while providing timely incident response and triage, travel risk support, and online monitoring. You will be responsible for producing intelligence assessments, conducting targeted research, and supporting investigations to protect Crisis24 Private Strategic Group (PSG) personnel, assets, and clients. You will receive training on the PIC’s workflows and methodologies and adhere to our best practices. Once integrated into your role and understanding of our work, you will help mentor and guide junior analysts and collaborate with global intelligence teams to ensure consistent, high-quality analytical output. You will also maintain a deep awareness of regional and international security developments that could affect clients and support operational planning and crisis response with intelligence analysis during incidents.
You will monitor a broad range of threat vectors across open- and closed-source datasets and intelligence feeds, including geopolitical developments, civil unrest, natural hazards, crime, terrorism, cyber-kinetic activity, vector-borne diseases, and other health and security risks. This monitoring supports both internal business functions and client-facing operations. In parallel, you will manage operational and logistical requests for information (RFIs), enabling ad hoc secure transport and executive protection activities.
This role is aligned to U.K. GSOC standard daytime business hours (08:00–16:10 local time), operating on a consistent Monday–Friday schedule. Additional support may be required to cover gaps during holidays, nights, or weekends, as operational needs dictate.
Who You Will Work With
You’ll work in both a remote and in-office capacity in a hybrid role where you will support a fast-paced, collaborative Protective Intelligence Center team remotely as well as the Global Security Operations Center while in the office. You will interact with Intelligence Analysts, Operations Coordinators, Managers, Directors, Vice Presidents, and other PSG Leadership. Your contributions and insights will directly support protective security operations, high-level decision-making, and strategic planning.
