Towelrads are currently looking for a Full Time Sales Order Processor to join their team in Bracknell. This is a permanent role working Monday- Friday 8.00am-5.00pm.
As a Sales Order processor, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking to place orders, discuss product availability, and to also obtain information about our products. Towelrads are part of the Brickability Group.

About the Role:
We are looking for a highly organised and customer-focused Sales Order Processor to join our busy team in Bracknell. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring orders are processed accurately from start to finish. As a key member of the team, you will play an important role in supporting customers, coordinating deliveries, and maintaining strong relationships with internal departments, sales representatives, and logistics partners to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
- Manage multiple busy email inboxes
- Accurately enter customer orders into the system, to ensure details are correct
- Confirm order details with customers, as necessary
- Manage inbound customer calls professionally, addressing enquiries, resolving any issues with a positive, can-do attitude
- Prioritise and managing deadlines
- Schedule deliveries and collections
- Maintain communication with customers regarding order status (including product availability and pricing)
- Resolve customer complaints and claims for faulty or damaged goods
- Arrange customer returns and create credit notes
- Liaise professionally with Logistics Companies
- Liaise professionally with Sales Reps and other Teams within the business
Skills required:
- Previous Order Processing experience desirable
- Good Communication skills (written and oral)
- Great planning and organisational skills - ability to multi task
- Competency in literacy & numeracy
- Experience of working in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent team working skills
- Must have good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications especially Excel
