We are looking for a Logistics Support Administrator to join our team here in Swadlincote on a part time basis covering 28 hours a week.

Main Responsibilities

To support the couriers and the business with any patient delivery queries and support functions & processes connected with the same to ensure patients receive their medication on time

Answer drivers call queries
Process internal/external queries regarding deliveries by telephone & e mail
Liaise with couriers and patients where appropriate
Internal processes to support the function
POD processing
Returns and fails processing
Rescheduling of failed deliveries

What experience and skills are we looking for?

Desirable

Experience with a similar role within logistics

Essential

Prior admin experience

Qualifications?

At least 5 GCSE’s

Key Competencies

Good communication skills essential -both verbal and written Computer literate – Use of MS Office Attention to detail Ability to work in a fast paced and pressurised environment
Self-motivated, dedicated with a committed approach showing interest in understanding the business and the industry
To be proactive and motivated responding positively to new challenges
To have empathy when speaking with patients
