Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Sales & Delivery Platform Coordinator to join our team. This role involves supporting sales administration, managing customer relationships, and ensuring the smooth operation of our delivery platform. The successful candidate will utilise their excellent communication skills and technical proficiency to optimise processes and enhance customer satisfaction. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong organisational abilities and a background in administrative support within a sales or logistics environment.

Duties

Assist with sales administration tasks, including data entry and management using CRM software and Microsoft Excel
Coordinate delivery schedules and liaise with clients to confirm appointments and resolve issues promptly
Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, customer interactions, and delivery documentation using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Support the sales team by preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence as required
Utilise IT skills to troubleshoot basic technical issues related to CRM systems and other software tools
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries efficiently via phone or email
Organise and prioritise daily tasks to meet deadlines through effective time management
Collaborate with internal teams to optimise sales processes and improve overall operational efficiency

Requirements

Proven experience in sales administration or administrative support roles
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM software; experience with Sage is a plus
Demonstrated computer literacy and IT competency, including general computer skills and familiarity with computerised systems
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail
Prior experience in customer service or client-facing roles is desirable
Good time management skills with the capacity to prioritise effectively under pressure
Organised approach to work with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
