Support the successful delivery of a large monthly payroll for a secure account.

Process payroll-related data accurately and on time, ensuring a high standard of quality and control.

Handle worker, supplier and client queries relating to payroll, onboarding and compliance.

Carry out right to work and new starter compliance activity, onboarding and offboarding tasks.

Maintain records and update relevant systems, including payroll and vendor management processes.

Provide support across invoicing, self-billing, purchase order updates and credit control activity.

Work closely with the wider payroll and compliance team to maintain continuity and reduce operational risk.

Contribute ideas to improve processes, strengthen controls and enhance the way the team works.
We would love to hear from candidates who bring strong payroll or payroll-related finance administration experience, along with the confidence to take ownership of important processes in a fast-paced and highly accountable environment.

Experience working with payroll data and time-sensitive processing activity.

Strong attention to detail and confidence working with sensitive information.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle queries professionally and clearly.

Good Excel and systems capability.

Understanding of compliance processes such as right to work, onboarding and worker documentation.

A proactive, team-oriented mindset with the confidence to take responsibility and support others.

Previous experience in a regulated, secure or process-driven environment would be advantageous.
