SDR | £30k Base | £40k–£50k OTE | Newcastle (Hybrid)

About the company

A profitable, PE-backed business with 250 staff and serious commercial momentum - Sales & Marketing investment has grown 130% and the growth target is clear. Strong product, strong pipeline, and the infrastructure to back it up.

The role

You'll be responsible for generating qualified pipeline through a signal-based outbound approach, working closely with AEs to convert SQLs and build momentum in the market. You'll have your own console, a warm inbound pipeline to complement your outbound, and clear targets to hit (and beat).

What we're looking for

Based in or around Newcastle. This is 3 days in office per week Newcastle Centre, with flexibility on the other two
Around 6 months' SDR or sales experience - second-jobbers who are hungry to prove themselves
High EQ. You can read a room, adapt your tone, and have conversations that actually land
Responsive and proactive. This is a role for the kind of person who picks up the phone fast and follows through
Process-oriented without being robotic - you understand why you're doing what you're doing
