Full job description

We are a property maintenance company working mainly around the Brighton & Hove area. We are looking for a painter & decorator to join our team.

Our team all work on a self-employed basis but we do provide full time hours Mon-Fri. A van will be provided.

Person Specification

- Ability to work both as part of a team and on an individual basis, on Interior and exterior works.

- Willingness to communicate fully, both with customers, fellow team members and our office administration team.

- Reliability

- Confidence

- Team commitment

- Eye for detail and commitment to delivering excellent standards from simple remedials to high end decoration of period properties and all inbetween.

- Professional attitude and approach to work, well presented

- Self-motivated, enthusiastic and flexible

Essential Criteria:

- Owning essential tools to carry out a variety of work

- Organisational Skills

- Full clean UK driving licence
