Summary

We are seeking a passionate Fitness Manager to join our team at K2 Crawley. In this role, you will oversee fitness operations, drive member engagement, and ensure that our facilities provide an exceptional experience for all users. Your leadership will be crucial in helping us achieve our mission of encouraging active lifestyles within the community.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operations of the fitness department, ensuring high standards of service.
Develop and implement fitness programs that meet the needs of our diverse membership base.
Lead and motivate a team of fitness professionals to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Monitor and evaluate fitness services to enhance member satisfaction and retention.
Promote health and wellness initiatives within the community through various outreach programs.
Manage budgets and financial performance related to fitness operations.

Requirements

Proven experience in fitness management or a similar role within the leisure industry.
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with members and staff.
Excellent organisational skills with a focus on time management.
Experience in sales management is advantageous but not essential.
Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for engaging with diverse communities.
