What you’ll be doing
As the eCommerce Trading Lead for the Skin category, you will play a pivotal role in driving the day-to-day trading of our exciting Skincare category on boots.com. You will:

Oversee the trading strategy to contribute to revenue and profit growth.
Be the digital expert, leveraging insights to drive conversion and customer acquisition.
Manage product launches and execute the online trade plan for your brands.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure category success.
Ensure legal and safe trading practices while meeting KPIs.

What you’ll need to have (our must-haves)

Experience in a commercial role within eCommerce or strong retail trading/buying experience.
A solid understanding of online trading levers and performance marketing.
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and engage effectively.
Initiative and a willingness to push boundaries for competitive advantage.
Excellent organisational skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

It would be great if you also have

Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Experince in managing teams / people
A passion for beauty and skincare products.
Familiarity with data analytics tools to drive performance insights.
