Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and personable Hairdresser/Barber to join our vibrant salon team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional hair styling and grooming services to clients, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about hairdressing and barbering to develop their skills within a supportive environment.

Duties

Deliver customised hair styling, cutting, colouring, and grooming services in accordance with client preferences and current trends
Provide professional advice on hair care.
Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the work area and tools
Build strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and communication skills
Keep up-to-date with industry developments, new techniques, and product knowledge
Manage appointment schedules efficiently to maximise client satisfaction and salon productivity
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times

Experience

Proven experience as a Hairdresser or Barber, with a strong portfolio of work demonstrating versatility in styling techniques
Proficiency in hair styling, cutting, colouring, and grooming procedures
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients
Previous experience working in a busy salon environment is desirable but not essential for motivated candidates willing to learn
Fluency in English is required to ensure clear communication with clients and team members

This role is ideal for passionate professionals eager to enhance their skills within a friendly team. Applicants should possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a genuine enthusiasm for delivering outstanding hairdressing services.

Pay: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
