Job Overview

We are seeking a talented and passionate Hairdresser to join our vibrant salon team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional hair styling services, providing excellent customer care, and creating a welcoming environment for clients. This role offers opportunities for professional growth and the chance to specialise in various beauty treatments. A friendly attitude, strong communication skills, and a flair for creativity are essential to thrive in this dynamic setting.

Duties

Cutting, colouring, styling, and finishing hair according to client preferences and current trends
Offering personalised consultations to understand client needs and recommend suitable styles or treatments
Maintaining a clean and organised work station.
Upselling additional services or retail products to enhance client satisfaction.
Managing front desk responsibilities including appointment scheduling, client reception, and payment processing

Skills

Proven experience in hairdressing with a strong portfolio of work
Proficiency in barbering techniques is desirable
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and ensure client satisfaction
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
Organised with good time management skills to handle multiple appointments efficiently

Pay: £13.00-£25.00 per hour
