MDD Fabrication & Engineering is looking for an experienced Fabricator/Welder to join our team.
We specialise in the fabrication and installation of structural steelwork, architectural metalwork, and bespoke engineering projects. We are seeking a reliable and skilled individual who can work to a high standard both independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
- Fabrication of steelwork from engineering drawings
- MIG welding to a high standard
- Measuring, cutting, assembling, and finishing steel components
- Operating fabrication machinery and workshop equipment safely
- Maintaining a clean and organised work environment
- Assisting with site installations when required
Requirements:
- Previous experience in fabrication and welding is essential
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Good problem-solving skills
- Full UK driving licence preferred but not essential
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
