Your future, as a receptionist at mydentist

You’ll be joining us at our Buckshaw Village practice, PR7 7HZ. As a receptionist, you will provide outstanding customer service to our customers and patients, both face-to-face whilst visiting the practice, and by managing phone calls to our front desk.

The working pattern for this role is full-time, working Monday to Friday - 8:30 - 17:30 with Saturday availability. As a receptionist, you’ll be based on site in our practice, so home working is not possible.

The practice has good transport routes, just an 8-minute walk from the Main Street bus stop and a 9-minute walk from the Buckshaw Parkway Train Station

Share clear, helpful information tailored to each customer
Support daily and weekly tasks to keep the practice organised and compliant
