Job Overview

Due to ongoing expansion and success, we are currently seeking an enthusiastic Sales Administrator / Assistant to join our Team. This role represents a fantastic opportunity to work alongside renowned brands and inspirational colleagues, with the potential for self-progression and promotion. As a Sales Administrator / Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our motivated Sales Team and contributing to the continued success of our Business.

Position Overview:

· Supporting the Sales Team with all administrative duties

· Liaising with other Departments to ensure correct customer deliveries

· Responding to email enquiries in a timely manner

· Maintain and update accurate sales and customer records, enabling effective tracking & analysis

· Administer sales & orders through the Company systems & follow set procedures of the Company

· Communicating important feedback from customers internally

· Stay up to date with new products & features

Position Requirements:

· Confident verbal and written communication skills, enabling you to build a strong rapport with clients and collaborate effectively within the team

· A team player who contributes to a positive working environment

· A high level of dedication, drive, self-motivation and intelligence

· Have an interest in and develop a good knowledge of the products we offer and the industry itself

· Good organisational and multi-tasking skills

· IT Literate

· Excellent interpersonal skills with a pleasant personality

· Ability to work to deadlines in a fast -paced environment, while maintaining attention to detail

· Sales motivated
