Full job description

We are looking for an experienced Architect / Project Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. This role would suit an experienced professional, including someone who is semi-retired, looking for flexible work.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop plans for houses, flats, hotels and retail/commercial properties.
Prepare and manage planning applications and obtain planning approvals.
Lead and manage multiple projects from initial design through to completion.
Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants, local authorities and other stakeholders.
Manage project timelines, budgets and deliverables.
Provide professional advice and practical solutions throughout each project.

Requirements

Proven experience as an Architect, Architectural Designer or Project Manager.
Strong experience in building design and planning applications.
Experience designing residential and commercial properties, including houses, flats, hotels and shops.
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Good knowledge of the UK planning and construction process.
Strong communication, organisational and project management skills.
Ability to work independently and manage projects effectively.
Must have the right to work in the UK.
