Job Summary
A fast-paced scheduling role supporting our Access Management Team in coordinating and facilitating access to a range of radio mast sites in secure settings across the country. You will become part of a team of five (within the larger Telecoms team of 16) and will primarily have responsibility for ensuring access to sites is arranged meeting all compliance requirements.

Salary and package
· Based in our Tunbridge Wells office Frant & Dowding House, Coach and Horses Passage, Tunbridge Wells, Kent TN2 5NP
· Permanent position.
· Fulltime
· 23 days holiday (increasing up to 25 days) plus bank holidays (prorated) and Birthday holiday.
· £25,000 - £26,000 per annum
· Discretionary bonus.

Qualification and Skills
· Self-motivated, highly organised and have an ability to prioritise.
· A keen eye for detail, accuracy and problem solving.
· Ability to manage own workload and work towards deadlines and ensure service level agreements (SLA) are met.
· Conversant with the basic Microsoft suite of programs (predominantly Outlook and Excel).
· Ability to accurately review documentation.
· Excellent written and oral communication.
Responsibilities and Duties
· Management of a busy Email inbox.
· Implementation of a procedure to facilitate access onto our clients’ land in an orderly manner.
· Organisation of multiple access requests simultaneously.
· Interaction with clients and their staff to align availability.
· Providing administrative support to the Telecoms Team.
· Support with invoicing

Pay: £25,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
