Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and health regulations while maintaining a clean and organised bar area.
- Engage with customers to provide excellent hospitality, taking orders and making recommendations based on their preferences.
- Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during busy periods while maintaining quality.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change.
Skills
- Proven experience in bartending or working in a restaurant environment is desirable but not necessary as we will fully train the right candidate.
- Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks during peak hours.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage customers warmly and professionally.
