Job Overview
We are an Amazon Delivery Partner seeking a reliable and professional On-Site Manager. We’re looking for a driven, hands-on Manager to take control of day-to-day delivery operations. This is a role that requires leadership where you’ll be responsible for performance, people, and standards on the ground.
You’ll be managing Delivery Associates, working closely with Amazon, and ensuring the operation runs efficiently, safely, and to a high standard every single day.

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations at the Amazon Delivery Station
- Take joint responsibility for leading Delivery Associate operation
- Lead, support, and manage a team of 20–40+ Delivery Associates
- Monitor and drive performance across KPIs, safety, and attendance
- Liaise directly with Amazon management teams
- Conduct vehicle and uniform checks to ensure full compliance
- Identify and implement improvements to efficiency and service quality
- Manage shift planning, onboarding, and driver training
- As this is a self-employed position you are responsible for your own Tax and National Insurance
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Amazon logistics, delivery, or operations management (Amazon DSP operations) is essential
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Clear communicator with solid problem-solving ability
- Able to work flexible hours, including weekends
- Confident using delivery systems and tracking platforms
- Composed under pressure and focused on results
- Full UK driving licence required
Pay: £155.00 per day
