Got a passion for ensuring high needs learners get the best possible education? Do you have the leadership skills to inspire a team and the vision to build an outstanding curriculum? We’ve got the job for you!.

This isn’t just another management role. As our Curriculum Area Manager for High Needs, you’ll be front and centre in shaping the curriculum within our Inclusion, Work and Independence Faculty.

You’ll work closely with teaching staff, learning assistants and support staff to ensure an outstanding learner experience. You will carry out formative observations, support with learning walks and ensure all staff have access to the right resources.

What you’ll bring

Recent teaching and tutoring experience.
Experience leading and delivering curriculum provision.
Experience working with and supporting high needs learners.
An enthusiasm for leading and managing teams.
A relevant degree and teaching qualification.
