Role Overview

Ruby UK LTD is a growing, family-run manufacturing business in the home and garden sector with over 50 employees. We are hiring a Sales Manager to take ownership of our inbound and outbound sales operations. This is a hands-on role focused on driving revenue, managing a small sales team, and ensuring consistent performance across the department.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Execution: Manage and process all inbound and outbound sales leads for the business.
Target Management: Set, track, and achieve clear sales targets for both yourself and your team.
Team Leadership: Direct and motivate a small sales team to ensure daily KPIs and long-term goals are met.
Accountability: Maintain a high standard of output, ensuring you and your team are consistently actively pursuing sales.

Requirements

Proven experience in a sales management or senior sales role.
Strong background in lead generation, pipeline management, and closing deals.
Experience managing, training, or leading a sales team.
Clear, direct communication style and a strong focus on metrics and targets.
Ability to adapt and work effectively within an SME / family-run business structure.
