Registered Manager – Care Sector

Location: Greenwich Gardens EXC Scheme / Leicester Domiciliary
Salary: From £35k, depending on experience.
Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: 37.5 hours per week

On Call Rota Basis to be included.

Are you a compassionate leader with a passion for delivering high-quality care? We are seeking a dedicated Registered Manager to join our team and lead a care service that truly makes a difference in people’s lives.

About the Role

As the Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the service, ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and delivering outstanding care to our clients. You will lead and inspire a team of care professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, dignity, and respect.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the operational management of the care service
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legislative requirements
Lead, support, and develop a team of care staff
Maintain high standards of care and safeguarding practices
Build strong relationships with clients, families, and external stakeholders
Manage budgets and resources effectively

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in a managerial role within the care sector
Experience of managing multiple sites preferable but not essential
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care
Strong knowledge of CQC standards and regulations
Excellent communication and leadership skills
A genuine passion for delivering person-centred care
