What you’ll be doing
As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you’ll play a key role in delivering outstanding results for our clients and candidates. You’ll take the lead on:
- Developing and implementing smart recruitment strategies to attract top talent
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle — from sourcing and interviewing to offer and onboarding
- Building strong, lasting relationships with both clients and candidates
- Conducting interviews and candidate assessments to ensure the best possible match
- Advising hiring managers on recruitment best practice and market insights
What we’re looking for
- Previous experience in recruitment (or a closely related field)
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Confidence using recruitment software and technology
- A self-starter who can work independently while contributing to a collaborative team
