Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Website Manager to lead the development, optimization, and maintenance of our digital presence. In this role, you will oversee website performance, implement innovative marketing strategies, and ensure an engaging user experience across all digital platforms. Your expertise will drive traffic growth, enhance brand visibility, and support our overall marketing objectives through strategic content management and technical excellence. Duties

Manage and update website content using content management systems such as WordPress, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and brand consistency
Optimize website performance through SEO tools, keyword research, and conversion rate optimization techniques to increase visibility and engagement
Implement and monitor digital marketing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Advertising, and SEM to attract targeted audiences
Utilize analytics tools such as Google Analytics and SQL to track website traffic, user behavior, and campaign effectiveness; adjust strategies accordingly
Collaborate with graphic designers using Adobe Creative Suite and Adobe Photoshop to create compelling visual content for web pages and social media channels
Conduct A/B testing and performance marketing initiatives to improve user experience and maximize ROI on marketing efforts
Maintain technical aspects of the website including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and content management system configurations to ensure seamless functionality
Coordinate email marketing campaigns using marketing automation tools to nurture leads and engage customers effectively
Manage social media management tasks across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn to boost brand awareness and community engagement
Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing, SEO best practices, e-commerce strategies, and emerging technologies

Qualifications

Proven experience managing websites with a strong understanding of SEO tools, content creation, and digital marketing strategies
Proficiency in WordPress, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL, and content management systems
Hands-on experience with Google Ads (AdWords), Google Analytics, Facebook Advertising, SEM campaigns, and marketing automation platforms
Skilled in graphic design using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop) for web visuals and social media content creation
Knowledge of conversion optimization techniques to improve website engagement metrics
Strong copywriting skills tailored for online audiences with B2B marketing experience preferred
Ability to analyze data effectively using analytics tools to inform decision-making and strategy adjustments
Excellent project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
