Full job description

We design and develop great gift products and publish a fun range of books which are supplied to retailers around the world

Boxer Gifts are looking for a confident, positive and personable Customer Service personto join our UK team, based in Leeds. Working Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm, you’ll play an important role in delivering excellent service and building strong relationships with our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage Zendesk ticketing system were all general enquiries, customer complaints and orders are received
Process customer orders
Respond to customer enquiries
Work closely with Sales Team
Liaise with UK and US representatives and agents
Use Microsoft Business Central ERP system and Nutshell CRM
Promote products
Resolve complaints professionally and quickly

What We Are Looking For:

Good communicator written and verbally
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Be able to work under pressure at the busiest times of the year
Confident with numbers
Good Excel skills
Organised and able to prioritise
Positive, energetic and proactive

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £25,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

Leeds LS13 4BS: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
