As our business continues to grow, we're looking for an organised and proactive Senior Administrator to play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the business. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a friendly, ambitious team where your contribution will have a real impact.
The Role
This is a varied and rewarding position where you'll work closely with the Company Director to ensure the office operates efficiently while delivering first-class administrative support across our sales, lettings and property management departments.
The successful candidate will become the central point of coordination within the office, supporting colleagues, liaising with clients and helping to maintain the high standards our customers expect.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the smooth day-to-day administration of the office.
- Manage incoming telephone calls, emails and customer enquiries professionally.
- Welcome clients and visitors, providing an excellent first impression.
- Maintain accurate digital and paper filing systems.
- Update and manage client and property records using our CRM system (Zoho).
- Coordinate diaries, appointments, valuations and property viewings.
- Prepare sales particulars, property documentation and marketing packs.
- Support the Valuation Officer with administrative tasks to bring new instructions to market.
- Liaise with landlords, tenants, buyers, vendors, contractors and suppliers.
- Coordinate maintenance requests and monitor repairs through to completion.
- Assist with monitoring outstanding payments and general office administration.
- Support the Company Director with a variety of operational and administrative tasks.
- Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and office efficiency.
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate will have previous experience within an estate agency, lettings or property environment and understand the fast-paced nature of the industry.
However, we also welcome applications from experienced administrators from other sectors who can demonstrate exceptional organisational skills, excellent customer service and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
You'll also have:
- Previous experience in a senior administrative, office management or office coordination role.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A professional, friendly and confident approach.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
- The ability to work independently and prioritise competing workloads.
- Experience using CRM systems (Zoho experience is advantageous but not essential).
- A full UK driving licence would be advantageous but is not essential.
