Customer Support Administrator (Weekends & Monday)

Part-Time, Saturday, Sunday & Monday, Office Based, Altrincham

Saturday and Monday working are essential. Applications will only be considered from candidates who are available to work both of these days.

About Us:

Property Perspective is a market-leading company specialising in Part Exchange and Assisted Move services for major UK housebuilders. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer service and providing a seamless experience for homeowners, buyers and our developer clients.

We're looking for an organised, friendly and proactive individual to join our Customer Support team, working Saturday, Sunday and Monday from our Altrincham base to start with and then from home once you have learnt the role.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys speaking with people, thrives in a busy environment and takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service.

The Role

You'll be the first point of contact for customers, buyers and clients, ensuring every enquiry is handled professionally and efficiently.

Your responsibilities will include:

Answering incoming telephone calls and directing enquiries appropriately.
Collecting key information from callers, including property details and the reason for their call.
Booking property viewings and liaising with buyers and vendors.
Chasing viewing feedback and updating our systems accurately.
Monitoring and responding to customer emails.
Providing updates to customers wherever possible before escalating enquiries.
Supporting our Account Managers and wider team with general administration.

About You

We're looking for someone who has:

Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Previous administration or customer service experience.
Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
Confidence using Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
The ability to prioritise a busy workload.
A positive, friendly and professional attitude.
A genuine desire to provide exceptional customer service.

Experience within property or estate agency would be advantageous but is not essential.

Essential Requirement

Applicants must be available to work Saturdays and Mondays every week. Sunday working is also part of the role, and reliability across all three days is essential.
