Full job description

Trade Mouldings are looking for a reliable and organised General Office Administrator to join our busy team based in Rochdale.

This is a varied office-based role suited to someone with excellent communication skills, good attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Duties Include:

Answering incoming telephone calls and dealing with customer enquiries
Inputting customer orders accurately onto the system
Processing customer payments
General office administration and filing
Supporting the sales and customer service teams
Managing emails and day-to-day office tasks

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Previous office administration experience preferred
Good telephone manner and communication skills
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work as part of a team
Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office
