dsgnuk is a growing digital agency specialising in Web Design, Branding and Search Engine Optimisation (SEO). We help businesses strengthen their online presence, generate more leads and grow with confidence.

We are now looking for an experienced and driven Telesales Executive to join our team and play a key role in expanding our client base.

If you are confident on the phone, resilient, and motivated by results, this is an excellent opportunity to build a strong income within a supportive and ambitious company.

The Role
As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for contacting business owners and decision-makers to introduce our Website and SEO packages.

This is a proactive outbound sales role focused on:

Generating new business opportunities
Booking qualified appointments
Closing website and SEO packages directly
Building long-term client relationships

You will be speaking directly with business owners, identifying their online challenges and presenting clear, value-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct outbound calls to UK-based businesses
Identify decision-makers and assess their needs
Present dsgnuk’s Website and SEO packages confidently
Overcome objections professionally
Close sales and achieve monthly revenue targets
Maintain accurate CRM records
Follow up with prospects consistently

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 2 years’ telesales experience (essential)
Proven track record in hitting or exceeding sales targets
Confident, persuasive and professional telephone manner
Resilient and self-motivated mindset
Strong objection-handling skills
Organised and disciplined approach to pipeline management
Experience selling digital marketing, websites or SEO (preferred but not essential)
