About the Role
We are looking for a highly organised and confident Event Co-ordinator to join our Client Success Team at 44 Group, supporting the delivery of leading international exhibitions, awards and industry events across the UK, USA and the Middle East.
This role is ideal for someone with excellent organisation and communication skills who is comfortable managing relationships with senior stakeholders, speakers, sponsors and partners. A background as a PA, Executive Assistant, Events Co-ordinator or Client Services professional would work particularly well.
You will work closely with the wider Client Success and Operations teams, sitting alongside Matt Toms and reporting into Simon and Laura.
Key Responsibilities
Speaker & Awards Management
- Manage speaker communications and logistics across multiple events
- Coordinate award programmes including initiatives such as Saudi100 and USA Rising Stars
- Send joining instructions, schedules and onsite information to speakers, judges, finalists and VIP attendees
- Ensure all speaker information is accurately captured for digital show guides and marketing materials
- Support judging processes and VIP coordination onsite
Partnership & Client Relations
- Maintain strong relationships with sponsors, partners and industry stakeholders
- Ensure sponsorship deliverables and marketing fulfilment are completed, including newsletters, e-shots and promotional activity
- Support outreach campaigns and relationship building via LinkedIn and email
- Assist with identifying and recruiting additional award entrants, speakers and partners
Event Delivery & Operations
- Assist with the planning and onsite delivery of exhibitions, awards and networking events
- Create operational documents and onsite plans, including VIP lounge management
- Coordinate internal handovers and maintain accurate status tracking across projects
- Work closely with the sales, marketing and operations teams to ensure a seamless client experience

- Strong relationship management and client service skills
- Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Proactive, professional and calm under pressure
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable using LinkedIn, Microsoft Office and event systems
- Previous experience in events, client services, PA/executive support or project coordination preferred
