Overview
We are seeking a proactive and organised Maintenance Support Administrator to join our team. This role is central to ensuring efficient communication between tenants and the maintenance department, helping to deliver a responsive and high-quality service.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for tenants regarding maintenance queries via telephone.
- Manage and respond to a dedicated WhatsApp communication channel with tenants in a timely and professional manner.
- Log, update, and track maintenance requests accurately on internal systems.
- Liaise effectively with the wider maintenance team, contractors, and other departments to ensure issues are resolved efficiently.
- Prioritise and escalate urgent maintenance issues as required.
- Maintain clear and accurate records of all communications and job updates.
- Support general administrative duties within the maintenance department.
Skills & Experience Required
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience in a customer service or administrative role (property or maintenance environment preferred).
- Confident handling phone calls and messaging platforms in a professional setting.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Ability to work well under pressure and prioritise workload effectively.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping.
- Competent in using Microsoft Office and/or job management systems.
Pay: From £25,000.00 per year
